This week in the Funny Experiments class we did an engineering activity. We went over vocabulary words like marshmallow, tooth pick, scissors, and cut. First we cut the marshmallows so they were smaller and easier to work with. Then we started to created our structures with the toothpicks and marshmallows. Some children only made a structure of one level while others made something with two. The children discovered they needed a big bottom in order to build higher. They had fun using their imagination to build things like houses and castles.
