This week in the Funny Experiments class we talked about the importance of using soap while we wash our hands. We poured water onto a plate, then put black pepper into the water. The black pepper was representing germs in this experiment. We observed that nothing special happened when we placed a finger in the water. Then we rubbed soap on a finger and placed it in the water. The pepper instantly moved away from the finger because of the soap. The children were excited to see the pepper move so quickly and wanted to try the experiment several more times.
