This week in the Funny Experiments class we did an experiment called dancing corn. First we dissolved baking soda into a glass of water. Then we added corn kettles and talked about whether they float or sink in the water. Finally we poured some vinegar into the glass and watched the mixture fizz and bubble up. The corn kettles began to move up and down because of the reaction between the baking soda and vinegar.
