Tento týden jsme si zopakovali názvy stěhovavých ptáků a zaměřili jsme se také na ptáky exotické. Ukázali jsme si encyklopedii a víme, že exotičtí ptáci mají peří, která hrají pestrými barvami. Dokážeme poznat také pštrosa a víme, že když má velká křídla, nedokáže létat. Zazpívali jsme si také písničky a učili se novou básničku. V centru Manipulace a hry jsme si složili ptáčka z částí skládanky. V centru Pohyb a kostky jsme stavěli komín pro čápa, v tomto centru jsme si také ztvárnili vybrané druhy ptáků a v Domácnosti jsme si hráli na přípravu ptáků před odletem do teplých krajin.

This week in the Owl class we finished our topic on birds. We talked about different noises birds make and tried to distinguish between them. The older children practiced writing their letters and spelling different bird names while the younger children made bird houses out of blocks. Since the weather was nice, we took a walk in the nearby park and searched for chestnuts as well. On Tuesday we celebrated Danecek’s birthday with cake, well wishes, and party games like freeze dance and simon says.
