This week in the Funny Experiments class we investigated whether certain objects contain water or not. We tested orange peels, grass, flowers, kiwi skin, potatoes, and pretzels. First the children took the object and placed it on a paper towel. Then they folded the towel over and hit the object with a hammer. If the paper towel became wet then the children knew the object contains water. The children had fun guessing whether or not each object contains water.
